The mission of Academy Builders is to impact
the lives of youth, young adults, and aspiring
professionals by promoting the importance
of leadership, personal and professional
development and academic success through
mentoring, coaching, and training centered
around early childhood education.

Our vision is to inspire future leaders by equipping them with the tools, resources, and mentorship needed to create a lasting impact in their communities and beyond. Through innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence, we aim to shape the next generation of changemakers.
Philosophy
Academy Builders believes that everyone can achieve their highest potential through recognizing their talents, strengths, and passion and by applying hard work and determination. We believe that leaders discover their dreams (leadership dreams) during adolescence and should be cultivated by other leaders throughout their youth and young adult years to achieve the tools, skills and confidence needed to reach their maximum potential.
