We are Rita B and Mallorie, two passionate Early Childhood Education professionals bringing our unique differences together to help BUILD the confidence of this industry’s leaders. We specialize in ECE industry retention and recruitment motivating current educators to explore opportunities and resources which will empower them to remain in the field as well as influencing high school and college-aged youth to continue choosing ECE as a long-term goal. In recent years the Early Childhood Education industry has lost several great educators due to burnout, inadequate pay, and overall loss of passion. We are here to ensure that through our programs; those who are still committing their lives daily to this industry find a Bridge of Unity which Ignites Leadership and Drive within them, while leaving an IMPACT that will remind them of their WHY and help them achieve their HOW!
